Return and Replacement

    • Return and Replacement policy is applicable only for damaged products and wrongly despatched products. However, we take care that such instances do not occur.


    • In both cases , the customers are expected to report us through email ““ within 24 hours of receiving the damaged / wrongly despatched product.


    • Once the complaint is received, we try to replace the product with the right one subject to availability of stock. However, if the product is out of stock the customer may choose another available product or may choose to obtain refund of the cost of the product.


    • Once the complaint is accepted at our end, the customers are expected to send the product to us and provide the consignment details of the shipment.


    • We display the real pictures of the products, there may be minimum chances of colour variations between displayed products and the delivered product. However, please note that there may be slight colour variation due to photographic effects and the monitor settings. Hence return is strictly not accepted for such slight variations.


    • Some handmade products like Kalamkari, block printed products and handloom products may have minor defects in printing / weaving. Such defects are human errors by artisans who make those products. We request you to respect the work and effort of such artisans and not to return for minor issues.
